so... maybe it was good that i went for ben cheah's birthday yesterday!! oh man, though ben did not answer my calls so i had to call rhys, in order to contact ben.. and though i had to figure out how to get to his estate.. but poor ben was getting stone-drunk by his ns friends, afterwhich he got thrown into the pool.. weird bunch of people though.. well, at least he got to cut his cake, unlike ken.. oh wells, i'm just glad that i went for it.. missed the folks so much.. haven't seen some of them for more than 3 months!! sheesh!! see what nus has done to me... oh, ben, happy 21st birthday!!! =)
muendliche probepruefung was an ultimate disaster.. sheesh, to think that the real thing is next wednesday!!! panick state again!!!
met a friend, whom i have not seen for quite some time and to think that i'll get to meet him man!!! anyway, met haoyi and his girlfriend, laura, when i was walking to coronation road to take public transport to orchard.. in the end, they gave me a ride to newton mrt.. anyway, this charismatic dude has matriculated into smu, together with lionel, lloyd, sunny, edmund, ben chia, andrew and whoever else.. goodness, sounds like another acjc community populating the campus... but then again, sunny, lloyd and him, all can't exactly make up their minds if they wanna stay here or go over to the states to study.. oh wells, whatever the decision is, guys, have loads of fun wherever you are!!!
anyway, spent the evening with kelvin li, dwi & juline.. watched the best movie i've watched so far for the year 2005..
haven't laughed so hard and so much for a very long time.. but the movie was good.. at least i could understand it better.. well, there's an ending.. and there are some truths in the story.. about guys, girls, love, relationship... but then again, like i was telling dwi, movies usually just show the surface of the whole situation.. may be a world of difference in reality... arpan said this movie is suitable as a 'date' movie.. so to all my guy friends out there, go bring your girlfriends to watch this movie, if you have not already done so...
i was just thinking that if i were to watch this movie with the rag comm ppl, guess we would dominate the theatre with our laughters, considering that we can go on laughing for an hour non-stop.. yeah, miss those folks too...
by the way, did i mention that i'm pretty good at reading some people's body action?? jawohl!! i am.. *laughs*.. come ask me if you wanna know what i am talking about here.. coz i think i'll get killed if i do publicly announce the issues here.. anyway, nitya got my present!!! *phew*.. was so worried that i've sent it to the wrong address..
think i'm gonna go catch up on sleep.. there's american beauty on channel 5 but i've watched that movie before.. it was good!!! yeah, enjoyed it though the content was a little warped and disturbing..
anyway, before i go off to sleep.. 2 more announcements to make...
1. this charming-looking mp3 player above.. it's now mine.. and this is the exact colour which i've bought.. or rather i got my mum to go help me purchase it since i had school yesterday.. oh man, but don't exactly have the time now to check out on how to use it and all... my desktop is still not up and that's where all my songs are...
2. i bought a new pencil-case.. yunling was appalled when i told her that my maroon tropicana life one has lasted me for 4.25 years.. and now, it's this lila pencil case with netting.. yeah, i can even stuff my calculator inside... jawohl.. zu gross!!!
